    Help! I have not received my package. 

    If you do not receive your package within the estimated delivery time, please drop us an email and we will investigate the matter immediately. We guarantee a 100% Full Refund if you do not receive your order. For more information on Refund Policy, click here.

    ORDER AND REFUND

    What if I am unsatisfied with my order?

    We offer 100% refund back guarantee if you find any defects or issues with your purchase (send us a picture). Your satisfaction is our priority and rest assure we will treat every case personally. For more information, please refer to our refund policy.

    I would like to return my purchase!

    Non-Custom Orders

    If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, we will accept the return of your item(s) for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Returns must be unused, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging. You must cover the shipping costs to return your item.

    Typically, it takes about 7-21 business days for us to receive your package, inspect the item, process it into inventory, and complete your refund. Your refund will be issued back to the original payment method you selected for the purchase (i.e. Credit/Debit Card or PayPal)

    Custom Orders

    Custom orders (shoes, charms, lace locks, etc...) will receive a partial refund. Custom orders are just that, custom. They cannot be returned and placed back on the shelf for resale. You will receive a partial refundif you want to return your custom order as time and resources were used to complete it. You must cover the shipping costs to return your item.
