You are purchasing a customization service for $250. Included in this costs is the price for materials, and machine time for engraving.
Shoe must be supplied by customer within 2 weeks of purchasing customization service to avoid cancellation of order. Only half of the amount of the service fee will be refunded if you are not able to provide the base shoe for the order.
